In recent years, the Los Angeles Rams have been wearing rather outdated uniforms.
To make things worse, they’ve been very critical of their current uniform choices.
Next year, the Rams will be switching to all-new designs that they feel complement their home city’s culture and heritage.
Since the change is so close, fans and media have already criticized the new uniforms.
However, it’s too early to tell how well the new uniforms will perform.
Since they align with LA’s traditional culture is one redeeming factor for the new designs.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be enough for most fans.
The new designs are much less colorful than their predecessors and don’t include many iconic LA elements either.
A popular criticism is that the older designs included more yellow accents while still maintaining a bright yet sober aesthetic look.
Another issue is how short some of the players appear in their new uniforms@ especially running back Todd Gurley who looks almost like he has no pants on under his jersey! It seems like anyone who has ever worn clothing has complained about it at some point… but maybe this negativity is warranted for once?
While it remains to be seen how fans will respond to next year’s new designs, it appears that sports fans and media aren’t too happy either side of this issue either way .
That being said, it would be unfair to critique any professional sports team based on how they appear at events or in photos alone .
Sports teams need to look good in order to perform well at games@ otherwise there would be no such thing as sports! Whatever concerns fans have about this should be taken into consideration when evaluating next year’s performance .
The Rams are switching to all-new uniforms for several reasons.
To begin with, the team wants to match its heritage and modern aesthetic.
As such, all of the new uniforms feature a modern version of a traditional design.
The secondary jersey has a contemporary fit with large “LA RAMS” letters on the front and sleeves.
Traditional elements include bold green accents, a white collar and a white “Rams” helmet on the primary jersey.
In addition, both jerseys feature unique numbers from 1-99 in traditional Ram colors@ green and gold@ with white numerals.
The pants are also green with gold trim and a green “Ram’s Legacy” leg stripe on the lower legs.
